Cancellation Policy

Please note that any modifications or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing or shipment and may not be eligible for cancellation.

If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.


Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging.
Please note that we do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items resulting from normal wear or misuse.

If you return a non-approved item, or one returned without a valid reason or outside the 30-day timeframe, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@eleganzfashion.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team’s approval before sending your item back.

  3. Return items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include your order number and shipping name.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of items damaged upon receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for inspection.
After approval, refunds may take up to 40 business days to be fully processed.
If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed processing, please contact your financial institution directly.

All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD) according to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for any fees or losses due to currency conversion or exchange rates.

Damaged Items

Please note that damaged packaging (such as dented boxes) with a product in good condition is not considered a damaged item.

Once verified, you may be eligible for a free replacement.
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear, or misuse.
